Order & Care Instructions

Ordering Information:

All our costumes are made here in the US, unless noted otherwise. We love to support American made items, as well as other entrepreneurs and small businesses (such as our small army of seamstresses who work tirelessly to sew each and every costume piece we sell)!

When you order please remember you are getting a costume lovingly made by us, so there may be some slight variations in style and decoration. Fabric, color options, and sizing details are available for every product at the point of order, but if you’re at all unsure, feel free to contact us to discuss your questions.

Delivery:

In-stock items will be shipped within a few days; for custom orders please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery. Rush orders for custom-made items can be accepted – just let us know the date you need your costume by and we will do our darndest to get it to you in time! If we can’t (because we are currently traveling), we will let you know that too.

Returns/Exchanges:

There are no returns or exchanges on purchases made at any Renaissance Faire – these are final sales. Custom orders and Sale items are also final. Exchange only for all other purchases. No refunds or credit will be given for shipping costs.

Care Instructions:

Crushed Satin Costumes can be hand-washed or machine washed on delicate and lay flat to dry. Do not hang wet, or the fabric may stretch out. Crushed satin costumes include most of our skirts, pants, blouses, vests, and kid’s sets.

25 yard dip-dyed skirts and Velvet Halter Tops: Dry-Clean only to avoid color bleeding and fabric deterioration.

Tribal Bra & Belts, Sparkle Bras and Belts, Afghani Bras and Belts, Fringe Belts, Coin Hip Sashes and Egyptian Coin Bras should be spot-cleaned by hand, only when necessary. Do not immerse the costumes in water, or the jewelry will rust. We recommend wearing a thin “regular” bra underneath your Domba decorated bra, to soak up any skin oils or perspiration, which will keep your Domba bra in good shape for many years.

Hip Sashes and Belts should all be spot cleaned only as necessary. Any belts with coins or jewelry should not be immersed in water or the jewelry will rust.
